Qihe Yanzi Precision Casting Co., Ltd. is a member of China Casting Association and one of the most powerful foundries in the precision casting industry. We are a high-tech private company with self-owned import and export right. We have acquired the certifications of ISO9001:2008 and TS16949:2009 Quality Management Systems.

Our company was founded in the year of 1994 in Qihe County, Shandong Province, only 20km away from the Spring City - Jinan, enjoying convenient ocean, land and air transportation. The foundry has a total floor area of 68,000square meters, 360 employees, a total investment of RMB 36 million. Our mainly equipments are introduced from Taiwan, Japan, Germany, etc. We have cooperated with Japan UPC Company for many years, introducing Japanese advanced production technology and management mode. At present our annual production capacity is about 1,500 tons (about 5 million pieces) .

We mainly produce stainless steel, heat-resistant steel, carbon steel & alloy steel precision castings and sand castings with various materials. All our materials are conform to the standards of GB, ASTM, AISI, DIN, JIS, EN, etc. Our products include motor vehicle parts, valve parts, pump parts, machinery parts, marine hardwares, saddlery hardwares, etc. 90% of our products are exported to Japan, USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Holland, Germany, Taiwan, etc.
