纽威工业材料成立于2002年，经过20多年的发展，纽威工业材料在苏州，大丰以及溧阳区域都分别建立了生产基地，专注于铸件的技术研发和制造，其产品广泛应用于石油化工，机械工程，冶金产品等领域。

纽威铸造生产线包括硅溶胶精铸，水玻璃精铸等复合工艺。生产范围包含了单个产品重量从数公斤至七吨，并达到50000吨的最大产能。产品应用工况包含高温、高压、低温、耐腐蚀等各类极端条件。

纽威精密锻造(溧阳)有限公司为苏州纽成阀门股份有限公司全资子公司。锻件工厂总投资约5亿元，于2019年11月投产，锻件年产能约为5万吨，公司总占地西积238亩(锻造工厂80亩、铸造工厂158亩)。

主要产品:各类碳钢、合金钢、不锈钢、双相钢材质阀门体盖，法兰、以及回转支撑、齿圈等环形件;

产品尺寸:300mm~6300mm，高度达1500mm的环锻件，产品单重200~20000KG:

应用行业领域:油气装备、风电能源装备、石化-压力容器装备、工程机械等;

Neway Industrial Materials was founded in 2002. After more than 20 years of development,Neway Industrial Materials has set up production bases in Suzhou, Dafeng and Liyang respectively,focusing on the research and devolopment of casting technology and manufacturing, its products are widely used in petrochemical, construction machinery,metallurgical machinery and some other industry.

Neway Industrial Materials include silica sol casting,sodium silicate casting,composite process, etc. Its production range includes individual product weights ranging from several kilograms to seven tons,with a maximum annual capacity of 50,000 tons.
